Sky-House aims to create sensitively close knit communities that are centred around a pocket park and a modern twist on the back-to-back housing concept. Edgy and innovative the business wanted to work closely with a strategic social media partner to deliver content that connected with their audience.

Beginning with audience and industry research we created a strategic plan to grow and engage with Sky-House customers, followers and wider audience.

Sky-House wanted to firstly establish an Instagram account that accurately reflected their audience and their unique design of homes alongside their vision to become a home bulder for people, places and the planet.

Creating a combination of vibrant organic social content and targeted paid social advertising we established a strong brand identity and began showcasing the homes in all stages of build and development.

Make it stand out

With access to our audience research and updated social insights we managed to build custom audiences over the first two quarters resulting in successful paid campaigns using Facebook / Meta Ad Manager.

Our internal process means we optimise and boost organic posts so that Sky-House are constantly in front of the right people at the right time on social media.
