Mattress Online (MO) are the UK’s largest e-commerce retailer of beds and mattresses, and aiming to be experts in sleep health.

MO asked us to create a series of product videos as well as advice videos to help grow, inform and educate their e-commerce audience. 

Understanding Mattresses

We carried out market research, surveying over 70 mattress shoppers at different stages of the buying process to acknowledge people’s understanding of a mattress, and what they want from a new purchase.

We developed a strategy from our research and actively produced videos to help audience understanding of mattresses and health advice around buying a mattress. As an e-commerce business the aim is to sell mattresses, so our content needs to educate and inform to boost sales as well as raise MO’s brand awareness.
